Hanging bags are built for weight and impact: reinforced seams, a strong top and secure hanging points.
Specification
Bag type, length, outer material, fill, hanging hardware and branding are agreed in writing.
Cutting
Outer panels are cut from leather, PU, vinyl or canvas; an inner liner is cut where specified.
Branding
Logo panels are printed or embroidered before assembly.
Stitching and reinforcement
Panels are stitched with reinforced seams; the top and the D-rings or strap points are double-reinforced.
Filling or bladder
Heavy bags are filled with shredded fabric and foam, or shipped unfilled to save freight. Speed and double-end bags get a latex bladder and are laced closed.
Inspection and packing
Seams, hanging points, shape and weight are checked against the sample before packing.
