Questions buyers ask

What is the difference between private label and OEM?

Private label usually means starting from an existing construction and adding your branding, materials and colours. OEM means making a product to a design and specification you own. Both are sold under your brand.

Who owns the design?

Your artwork and designs stay yours. We use them only to make your orders. Ask for a confidentiality agreement before you share unreleased designs.

Can you help with packaging?

Yes. Retail boxes, polybags, hang tags, care labels and carton marks can be quoted with the product.
