How sampling works

How custom kickboxing pants are made

Fight shorts, trunks, pants and robes are cut and sewn from satin or polyester, then decorated with embroidery, applique or print.

  1. Specification and artwork

Cut, fabric, colours, sizes and every logo, name and graphic are agreed in writing; artwork is digitised for embroidery or prepared for print.

  2. Fabric cutting

Satin or polyester is cut to graded patterns for each size.

  3. Decoration

Embroidery and applique are stitched onto the cut panels, or designs are printed or sublimated before sewing.

  4. Sewing

Panels, side slits or stripes, linings and the elastic waistband are sewn together.

  5. Waistband and lettering

Names or brand text are embroidered or printed on the waistband, leg or back.

  6. Pressing and inspection

Garments are pressed, measured against the size chart and checked against the sample before packing.
