Unit prices by quantity, sample cost and timing, lead time, payment terms and the delivery basis, in writing.
We make a sample to the spec. You approve it or ask for changes before anything goes into bulk.
Bulk is made against the approved sample and specification.
Goods are checked against the approved sample, packed to your instructions and shipped with the documents you need.

It depends on the product, material and branding method. Put your quantities in the quote form and the minimum for that specification is confirmed in your quote.
Yes. Every new design is sampled and approved by you before bulk production starts.
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A high-resolution PNG works for many print methods. The quote form checks your file and tells you if it is likely to be too small.
We make gear for brands, gyms, teams and distributors, so we quote orders rather than single retail items.
