Your fight gear production partner

You bring the brand, the gym or the customers. We bring the making. From the first sketch to the tenth reorder, you work with one team that writes everything down, shows you a real sample first and keeps your gear consistent batch after batch.

Product development

Send an idea, a sketch, a reference photo or a design from the studio. We ask the right questions about materials, padding, fit, branding and packaging, and write a specification you can reuse for every reorder.

How an order works

Sampling

Every new design is sampled and approved by you before bulk production. Test it properly: hit the bag, wash the gi, weigh the glove. Your approved sample becomes the standard your order is checked against.

Branding and design

Printing, embroidery, embossing, sublimation and patches, chosen for the product and material. Colours matched to your Pantone references and confirmed on the sample. Try your look first in the design studio.

Material guidance

We explain the trade-offs between cowhide, goatskin and PU, single and multi-layer padding, satin, nylon and polyester, so you choose the right quality for your customers and your price point. Swatches available on request.

Production with updates

Bulk is made against your approved sample and written specification. Ask for photos and video of production for your order, so you always know where it stands.

How it's made

Checking against your sample

Before shipping, goods are checked against your approved sample and specification. Ask for photos and video of finished bulk next to the sample before the balance payment.

Problems we prevent

Packaging and labelling

Retail boxes, polybags, hang tags, woven and printed labels, size and care labels, carton marks, and your barcodes applied to packaging. Tell us your warehouse or marketplace requirements and we pack to match.

Private label and OEM

Shipping to your door

We quote delivery to your country by air or sea on the terms you want (for example EXW, FOB or DDP), so you know the full cost before you order.

Shipping questions

Reorders that match

Your specification and approved sample are kept on file. Reorders are quick to quote and made to the same standard, whether it is a restock for your shop or kit for new gym members.

Starting a project with us

Who do you make fight gear for?

We make custom and private-label fight gear for brands, gyms, fight teams, martial arts schools and distributors. Whether you are launching your first glove or restocking a shop, we work as your production partner from first idea to reorder.

I want to start my own fight gear brand. Where do I begin?

Start with one or two products you know your customers want, usually boxing gloves, hand wraps, Muay Thai shorts or a BJJ gi. Send us your idea, a reference photo or a sketch, your target price and quantities. We turn it into a written specification and a sample you can hold before you spend money on bulk.

Do I need a finished design or tech pack to get a quote?

No. A reference photo, a sketch or a design made in our design studio is enough to start. We ask the right questions, write the specification with you and confirm every detail on the sample.

What information should I send for a quote?

Send the product, quantities per size or weight, materials if you know them, your logo files, the delivery country and your deadline. If you are unsure about any of these, say so and we will guide you through the options.

Do you sell single pairs or retail items?

No. We make gear for businesses, so we quote orders rather than single retail items. If you are a gym or team, ask about smaller club orders in your colours.

Let's build your gear together.

Tell us what you want to make. You do not need final quantities or a finished design to start the conversation.
