How an order works
The same steps for every new product, so nothing reaches bulk production without your approval. For how each product is physically built, see how it's made.
Enquiry and specification
Send the products, quantities per size, artwork, target price band and delivery country through the quote form. We reply with any questions and a written specification for each product.
Written quote
Unit prices for your quantities, sample cost and timing, production lead time, payment terms and the delivery basis (Incoterm). Nothing is assumed verbally.
Sample and approval
We make a sample to the specification and send photos and video, then the sample itself if you need it in hand. You approve it or ask for changes. Changes are made on a new sample.
Production
Bulk production starts after your written approval and the agreed payment. Ask for progress photos at any stage.
Check and ship
Finished goods are checked against the approved sample and specification, packed to your instructions and shipped with an invoice and packing list.
Reorders
Your approved specification is kept on file. Reorders are quoted by reference with new quantities.
Terms
- Minimum order
- Depends on product, material and branding. Confirmed in your quote.
- Lead time
- Depends on quantity and season. Confirmed in your quote after sample approval.
- Samples
- Sample cost and timing are set out in your quote.
- Payment
- Set out in writing in your quote.
- Delivery
- Quoted to your country. The Incoterm (for example EXW, FOB or DDP) is stated in your quote.
Delivery terms explained
| EXW | You or your forwarder collect the goods from us and handle export, freight, import and duties. |

| FOB | We deliver the goods onto the vessel at the named port. You pay main freight, insurance, import duties and taxes. |
| DDP | The price includes delivery to your address with import duties and taxes paid. Simplest for the buyer; the quote carries those costs. |
Which terms are offered for your order is stated in your quote. Import duties depend on the product and your country's current rules.
